The Deus Ex franchise has been on hiatus for nearly a decade. A potential third game in Square Enix's rebooted version of the series never came to light; another attempt at a new game was in its early stages when Embracer Group canceled the project, and it's been radio silence again ever since. That leaves us with 2016's Deus Ex: Mankind Divided as Adam Jensen's last hurrah until further notice - possibly forever.
Deus Ex fandom has understandably been hungry for something, anything, to get their hands on. That's where Sascha Dikiciyan - known in the music-making industry as Sonic Mayhem - steps in. A fair number of unreleased tracks for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided's several DLCs were left untapped for all these years, but we can now immerse ourselves in an audio-based return trip to Jensen's world with what is, essentially, a collection of brand-new Deus Ex bops.
As spotted by VGC, Dikiciyan has uploaded all ten tracks to Sonic Mayhem's Bandcamp page. He's collectively referring to them as 'Fragments of the Machine [Data Archive Vol 1]', and you should totally give it all a listen for some long-lost Deus Ex vibes.
