No Man's Sky has released a new Experimental Branch following the release of its massive Voyagers update. While making big waves in the player community with its customizable ships, the free expansion to No Man's Sky seems to have come with a list of problems, and volunteer players in its Experimental mode will be the first to ensure things are now working properly.

The latest expansion for No Man's Sky was released on August 27. While it comes with some fun extras like a Skyborn exosuit and jetpack, the bulk of the Voyagers update is dedicated to letting players build their own bespoke ships from a selection of hundreds of modular parts and connectors, using a new construction workshop that can be located inside the game's space stations. Unlike the game's classic starships, these new models feature full interiors that can be decorated and stocked with amenities, and for the first time, players are free to float around outside their ships while in space.
