The upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will have split-screen, but not for its co-op campaign mode. Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is the first game in the series to feature a co-op campaign since Black Ops 3 in 2015. All the games since then have either featured single-player campaigns or, in the case of Black Ops 4, no campaign at all.
So far, much of the marketing for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 has focused on its campaign. The reveal trailers have featured the campaign extensively, revealing the return of fan-favorite characters and confirming that the game is effectively a direct sequel to the beloved Black Ops 2. We also know that Black Ops 7 will feature 4-player co-op for its campaign, but unfortunately, split-screen will not be supported in the mode.
Game Rant reached out to Activision representatives for clarification on whether the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 co-op campaign will include split-screen support.
