The Season Four theme, characters, and title have been revealed for Marvel Rivals, and what might have been most surprising is that the game is coming to a new console. Marvel Rivals Season Four is called The Heart of the Dragon, and will feature Angela (who was not originally a Marvel character) and The Man Without Fear, Daredevil, in an angels-versus-demons theme. But the end of the trailer had an additional surprise.
In the Season Four trailer for Marvel Rivals, the PlayStation 4 logo can be seen at the end, confirming the game is coming to the console. The season begins on September 12, and the PS4 version will also be available either at the season's release or shortly after.
There were several leaks about Marvel Rivals Season Four, including an image of Angela right before the announcement was official. Though while it was always possible, the idea of the game coming to a console that is almost 12 years old seemed unlikely. Now, those who haven't made the jump to PlayStation 5 can join in on the hero-shooter fun.
