Xbox has announced seven new games are coming to Game Pass across the library's three modes of play: cloud, console, and PC. Here's what's new for subscribers.
February 4
Three new games will be added this week including Ghost of a Tale, Project Winter, and The Falconeer. Ghost of a Tale is an action-RPG where players embody a mouse with a brave heart amid medieval threats. It's coming to Game Pass PC.
Project Winter is launching on all three platforms, cloud, console, and PC. It's a social deduction and deception game not unlike Among Us, though a bit more complex.
The Falconeer is an action-flying game that launched alongside the Xbox Series X|S last November. It's coming to all three platforms.
February 11
One week later, four more games will hit the various platforms where Game Pass is found.
Wolfenstein Youngblood, the co-op spinoff of MachineGames' rebooted Wolfenstein saga, hits Xbox cloud. It's currently on Game Pass for other platforms so this move to cloud brings it to all three on February 11.
Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age joins other Final Fantasy games already in Game Pass by launching on console and PC. Xbox has teased that even more Final Fantasy games will launch on Game Pass "in 2021 and beyond." It will be interesting to see if this includes this year's Final Fantasy VII Remake, as Sony's year of exclusivity is nearly expired.
Also on February 11 comes Jurassic Park Evolution, the park management sim where players try to run the pop-cultural landmark park better than the serial screw-ups in the movies. It will launch on Xbox Game Pass for console and cloud.
Lastly, Stealth Inc. 2: A Game of Clones will arrive on Game Pass for cloud and console. This is an indie puzzle game where players use clones to escape death traps.
Additionally, the following Xbox Game Pass for cloud games have been enabled to play with touch controls on Android devices:
- Donut County
- Enter The Gungeon
- Fractured Minds
- Monster Sanctuary
- River City Girls
- The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics
- The Walking Dead: A New Frontier – Episode 1
- The Walking Dead: Michonne – A Telltale Miniseries
- The Walking Dead: Season Two
- The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season
- Touhou Luna Nights
- What Remains of Edith Finch
- Yes, Your Grace
Xbox Game Pass is expected to migrate to iOS in some form in 2021, much like Stadia has now done by using an in-browser app versus an Apple Store app which the tech giant still blocks under its terms and conditions. Xbox has also teased that smart TVs may see an Xbox Game Pass app become available as early as this year.
