Marvel Rivals fans finally got their wish to have another Vanguard in the game, after Season Three brought two more Duelists to an already lopsided roster. Thor's sister Angela has been revealed as the first Season Four addition, with Daredevil coming down the line, but until then, fans seem worried about Angela's playstyle and kit being similar to the game's most hated character.
In a Reddit post by GigaAkais, fans are divided on Angela. Some praise having a flying Vanguard in the game, while others are concerned she may be a stronger Wolverine, with the ability to kidnap multiple characters at once. Ok_Hedgehog6502 even said: "...may god have mercy on you, kidnapped mid air will be crazy."
Angela's robust kit consists of quick flying dives that can pin multiple opponents as she moves them from support characters. Because she can fly, she can even take them to the ledge of a map and drop characters, usually resulting in an insta-kill. Her ultimate also tethers a group of opponents together, allowing it to be comboed with other powerful skills, like Moon Knight's ultimate.
