Dispatch getting revealed at The Game Awards 2024 made some waves because of its star-studded cast, which includes marquee names like Aaron Paul and Jeffrey Wright, and now it's finally set for release this year. From former The Wolf Among Us devs, Dispatch follows Robert Robertson, a disgraced superhero now tasked with a desk job and dispatch duty.
According to a new Dispatch trailer uploaded to the IGN YouTube account, Dispatch's first two episodes will release on October 22, 2025, for PlayStation 5 and PC. The game's episodic run will take place over the span of four weeks, with two new episodes arriving each week. The trailer description also announced its pricing: $30 for all eight episodes, or $40 for the season's deluxe edition, which "includes a digital artbook and four digital comics."
Developer and publisher AdHoc Studio has been very up front about its heritage, being founded by former Telltale Games devs who worked on titles like The Wolf Among Us, The Walking Dead, and Tales from the Borderlands.
