Bop It has returned in video game form, with Game Rant bringing an exclusive first look at it. Simply called Bop It! The Video Game, the new version of the iconic game is now available on PC and several other platforms, with pricing differing by storefront.

Designed by Dan Klitsner, Bop It began as a Hasbro line of audio toys in 1996. All revolved around the premise of listening to rapid-fire voice commands to bop, twist, or pull the device playing them. As the player succeeded in following these instructions, the tempo would gradually increase, making the game more and more challenging. The concept was a massive hit, with Bop It spawning numerous iterations and even some brand collaborations that continue to this day.

In the latest testament to this trend, Bop It! The Video Game has been shadow dropped on September 18. Game Rant can exclusively share its launch trailer, which reveals a bit of gameplay to the tune of some super catchy music.
