When such an unfortunate affliction does strike a young one, however, the best we can hope to do is keep them happy and comfortable, something that Polygon, TheGamer and Game Rant will be assisting with in collaboration with Starlight.
With the Gaming 4 Good Campaign, Valnet’s flagship gaming brands in partnership with Starlight will be providing hospital-safe gaming consoles to children undergoing treatment in select U.S. hospitals. Each $5,000 donation will fund one hospital-safe gaming console that can be utilized by multiple patients in each hospital. If the target of $50,000 is met, approximately 50,000 children will be positively impacted by the great distraction that is gaming. Better still, Valnet will match donations up to $25,000.
