Tracer has been disabled in Overwatch 2 Stadium after a glitch with Recall allowed her to travel back in time to gain the benefits of Items after she sells them. This hilarious game-breaking bug allowed the time-jumping damage hero to dominate Overwatch 2 games with a functionally infinite amount of Stadium Cash.
The mid-Season 18 update for Overwatch 2 recently arrived, bringing a slew of balance updates and the start of the Persona 5 collaboration event. However, one of the most exciting parts of this patch was the debut of Tracer, one of Overwatch 2’s poster children, in the new Stadium game mode.
Unfortunately, it seems like a game-breaking glitch has caused Tracer to be kicked out of Stadium mere days after her arrival in the Overwatch 2 mid-season update. The damage hero has been temporarily disabled in Stadium due to a bug with Recall. Fans were able to purchase Items from the Armory, then sell them, quickly use her Recall ability, and gain some of the benefits of the sold Item while retaining the empty inventory slot and all of their Stadium Cash.
