Sega Trademark Could Hint at a Possible TGS Game Reveal

Sega recently trademarked Arcade Paradise, which could indicate that the publisher has plans to announce a new game with this title during the upcoming Tokyo Game Show. Previous reports have suggested that Sega will make several exciting announcements during the Tokyo Game Show event, and this title could potentially be a collection of the publisher’s old-school arcade games.

What makes this move curious is that, as some gamers may already know, a title called Arcade Paradise already exists. Developed by Nosebleed Interactive and published by Wired Productions in 2022, Arcade Paradise is a business simulation game in which the player turns a laundromat into an arcade. However, it’s somewhat unlikely that the trademark was related to this game, as the title already has another publisher in Japan, which is not Sega.

As spotted by Push Square, Sega filed a trademark for Arcade Paradise on September 19.
