Hideo Kojima has revealed a new poster for Physint, along with who will star in the game. Physint was a surprise announcement at the January 2024 PlayStation State of Play event, with the project coming as a collaboration between Kojima Productions and PlayStation. The new game, which may very well go by a different title by the time it actually hits store shelves, will mark Hideo Kojima's return to the stealth-action genre ala Metal Gear Solid.
After Kojima's split from Konami, Kojima Productions started work on Death Stranding, an ambitious open world game that was way different from the Metal Gear Solid games. Death Stranding was followed up by the direct sequel, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, and next on Kojima's plate is the Xbox-published horror game OD: Knock. Fans hungry for a new Kojima experience in a similar style as the Metal Gear Solid games can rest assured that Physint is on the way after OD, though very little is known about the project.
