Fans of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater can finally mark their calendars for its anticipated online mode, as Konami has confirmed that Fox Hunt will arrive on October 30. Until now, Konami had kept quiet about Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater's online mode, but with the release date and time revealed, the company has also explained its core mechanics.
Back in August 2025, Konami disappointed fans by confirming that Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater's Fox Hunt mode wouldn't be available at launch. However, it did provide a release window, stating it would arrive in the fall. The company has now kept its word, as the long-awaited mode is just around the corner.
The multiplayer mode in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, titled Fox Hunt, will launch on October 29 at 6 PM PDT, though most other time zones will see it on October 30. Players will need to update to the latest version of the game to access the mode. It's also worth noting that Fox Hunt does not support cross-platform play, so friends must be on the same platform to play together.
