Now that Hades 2 is out of early access, the secret boss fight that we've all spent the past year and a bit speculating about has finally been added to the game.
Just like with the first game, Hades 2 originally launched in early access more than a year ago, which has given Supergiant Games plenty of time (pun intended) to add more characters, locations, fights, story beats, and more. That drip feed of new content has also given fans plenty of time to speculate about what might come when the game finally launches.

Without a doubt, the biggest thing that fans were hoping to see was the return of Zagreus, the loveable protagonist of the original Hades. As we reported earlier in the week, Hades 2's 1.0 launch does indeed add Zagreus to the game and conclude his story, but Supergiant actually went even further than that.
