Konami has rolled out a small update to its latest big release, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, that corrects some language and voice line issues that have gone awry. A ground-up remake of the 2004 Hideo Kojima classic, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater impressed fans of the long-standing stealth franchise despite the original game's mastermind not being involved. As a prequel to the first Metal Gear Solid, Delta serves as the perfect jumping-in point for new fans to become engrossed in Kojima's signature wild, wacky universe.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater was released in late August and, despite being a well-polished Unreal Engine 5 remake of a two-decade-old game, still required some post-launch tweaks. The previous update, 1.1.3, added an inverted camera option, fixed an issue with the reward for shooting all 64 of the game's elusive GA-KO collectibles, and patched up some pesky game crashes. Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater's updates have been quite small so far, and the trend seems to be continuing with this new one.
