Some Silent Hill f Players Were Accidentally Given Deluxe Edition Content for Free

Some Silent Hill f players on Steam have received some unexpected surprises in the form of pre-order and Deluxe Edition content that they did not pay for, but they shouldn't expect to hold onto it for long. Konami is working to resolve this unintentional access to bonus content in Silent Hill f for Standard Edition players, so they should probably try to make the most of it while it's available.

Silent Hill f was released on September 25, although players who purchased the Deluxe Edition were granted 48 hours of early access. That's not the only bonus players received for ponying up the extra cash, as additional content not intended to be included in the standard edition includes access to the game's soundtrack, a digital art book filled with design work for the game, and an in-game pink rabbit costume for protagonist Hinako.

However, publisher Konami has revealed that some customers who purchased just the base game via Steam have received full access to these rewards, along with Silent Hill f pre-order bonuses.
