Animal Crossing: New Horizons is celebrating St. Patrick's Day.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is celebrating St. Patrick's Day through the Shamrock Day event. Until March 17th, players will be able to get their hands on items celebrating the event (via GameSpot). Many of these items can be purchased through Nook Shopping. However, they will rotate every day, meaning gamers will have to check daily to get them all. The Able Sisters will also be selling clothing and accessories to celebrate Shamrock Day. Items include a Shamrock Suit, a Shamrock Hat, and more. These items will not rotate, allowing players to grab them all at once. Players should also be on the lookout for balloons, as they can contain the recipe for a Shamrock Wand.

On Twitter, it was announced that Nintendo will be partnering with Build-A-Bear to produce stuffed versions of New Horizons' characters. Not much information was given, including which characters and villagers will be available for fans to customize, though popular characters such as Isabelle can be expected. The tweet just says that the collection is coming soon, and gives a link for those interested to sign up for email and text updates on the upcoming collection.

Earlier this year it was announced that Animal Crossing and Sanrio will be collaborating. A special Animal Crossing Sanrio Collaboration Pack will be available for purchase on March 26th. The pack will be exclusive to Target, and will cost $5.99. The pack will contain six amiibo cards that can be used in compatible games.

Right now players can get their hands on a special item for Pi Day. The item is a pie, and will be available for player to purchase until March 14th. The item will set gamers pack 314 bells.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available now for the Nintendo Switch.
