Tomorrow, Paradox Insider will be live on Paradox's Twitch channel beginning at 11 am Pacific/ 2 pm Eastern. The online showcase will play host to several of the publisher's upcoming content updates for some of its biggest games.
Typically a strategy game publisher, Paradox will announce news for games such as Empire of Sin, Surviving Mars, and the fan favorite Crusader Kings 3. The team teased with an "and more" clause in the announcement, so viewers should expect other surprises as well.
Paradox Insider is just a portion of the Game Dev Direct showcase scheduled for this weekend. Game Dev Direct conjoins several studios and publishers into one grand weekend where they will host digital events and show off what they're working on. It all begins with The Mix Showcase at 9 am tomorrow, two hours before Paradox Insider.
At noon that day, a post-show will occur that wraps up everything players have learned on day one of Game Dev Direct. On Sunday, there will be a second showcase from The Mix, featuring more reveals, interviews, and special guests. At 11 am Pacific, a featured presentation, Black Voices in Gaming, will air, which is "dedicated exclusively to presenting games created by Black developers, titles featuring Black protagonists, and conversations with these creators."
Closing the show at 1 pm Pacific that day will be the BitSummit Showcase, focusing on "our BitSummit friends in the Pacific Rim" says The Mix.
