A new rumour is making the rounds that suggests Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 is in active development, but that it might not end up releasing until 2028.
In just over a week, it'll be nine years since Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 first launched. Bandai Namco and Dimps have refused to let it die in that time and have constantly updated the game with new characters, forms, and even whole chapters. While the Xenoverse 2 diehards have been kept well fed, the rest of us have been begging for the long-awaited Xenoverse 3.
A third Xenoverse game has been rumoured for years now and never ended up coming to pass, but the recent confirmation of a brand-new game announcement in January seems to have fired up the rumour mill all over again. Many hope that the unannounced game is Xenoverse 3, but that might not be the case even if it is apparently in the works.
