We’re now just two days away from the arrival of Pokemon Legends Z-A, and I’m personally very excited for it. I think it’ll be a fun Poke-adventure that’ll differ heavily from past titles, including the one featuring Arceus, which I absolutely adored. While we here at The Outerhaven haven’t gotten the title just yet, others have, and on Metacritic, the review score points to this being a truly fun title that builds off past things, while also having room to improve in the future. At present, the game has a score of 81, which is pretty good!
That’s even more impressive when you recall that Gen 9 had a score of 71 on Metacritic, and that game sold MANY copies on the OG Switch. With a nice bump, this will likely inspire some gamers to try it out and to possibly get a Nintendo Switch 2 for themselves to play the best version of the game.
