Dying Light: The Beast Reveals 11-Week DLC Roadmap of Content

Techland has shared a new Dying Light: The Beast content roadmap spanning the next 11 and a half weeks. The developer's near-term agenda includes everything from gameplay features and technical improvements to events and rewards that will arrive in Dying Light: The Beast by early January 2026.

October 18 marked the one-month anniversary of the latest Dying Light game's release. The Beast debuted to positive buzz, as reflected in its "Strong" rating on OpenCritic, derived from an average score of 81 and an 80% reviewer recommendation rate. The open-world action horror game received five updates in its first month. All of those patches were largely focused on delivering hotfixes for critical issues identified post-launch.

With many high-priority problems addressed, Techland has now set its sights on expanding the game itself. To that end, the developer just shared its first post-release content roadmap, outlining new Dying Light: The Beast gameplay features, events, and other novelties planned to debut in the immediate future. The highlights of the agenda include a New Game Plus mode, Legend levels, and the Nightmare Difficulty.
