Tamriel Rebuilt is a massive conversion mod for The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind, with the ultimate goal of adding the entirety of Morrowind's mainland into the game.
The base game of The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind takes place on Vvardenfell, the country's inner island. Tribunal takes the player to Mournhold, but the city is disconnected from its surrounding province. Bloodmoon, meanwhile, takes place on Solstheim, which people may recognise from Skyrim's expansion Dragonborn.
The team behind Tamriel Rebuilt has made a lot of progress since the project began over two decades ago. Over half of Morrowind's mainland has been added, with progress ramping up over the last few years.
The mod's next expansion, Poison Song, is set to redo many of the mod's older additions and add a new chunk of land near the city of Almalexia. However, one of the most exciting aspects of the mod is that players, for the first time ever, will now be able to join House Indoril (nice spot, PC Gamer).
For those unaware, base Morrowind allows you to join three different houses: Hlaalu, Redoran and Telvanni. These roughly correspond to thieves, warriors and mages, respectively.
