If you've been waiting with breathless anticipation for Kingdom Hearts III, you can start marking your calendars because we finally have a release date! Square Enix has announced that KH3 will be coming to XBox One and PlayStation 4 on January 29, 2019. The announcement literally came out of the blue in the middle of the night, with the KH3 Twitter, as Gamespot wrote, "unceremoniously revealing the release info".
Square Enix had originally hoped to get Kingdom Hearts III out the gate in 2018, though the first month of 2019 seems and acceptable "delay".
We'll doubtless learn more about Kingdom Hearts III and other games when Square Enix takes to the game floor later this week.
