Pokemon Legends: Z-A Players Have Already Figured Out A Shiny Duplication Method

Pokemon Legends: Z-A has only been out for a little over a week, but one player has already figured out a fairly simple Shiny duplication method.

Although Pokemon players already have their work cut out for them when it comes to catching them all, every diehard fan knows that the real challenge is finding Shiny variants of each Mon. Shiny Pokemon are usually very difficult to find, but Legends: Z-A has made the whole process a lot easier than other games in the series.

The big change this time around is that Shinies no longer despawn if they're not battled or captured, which makes hunting them all down a lot less time-consuming. As if that wasn't helpful enough, one skilled player has since figured out a way to duplicate Shinies and, while involved, it's not all that complicated to pull off.

As pointed out by NintendoSoup, YouTuber AustinJohnPlays recently shared a video that reveals a new eight-step method for duplicating Shiny Pokemon. The first step is, of course, to find a Shiny Pokemon, and then drop a pin on the map that shows where it originally spawned.
