With the launch of the newest Legend of Zelda spinoff less than a week away, Nintendo has given fans lots to look forward to in the Breath of the Wild prequel. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment will offer more than ten different playable characters for players to choose from, most recently revealing a playable Korok character named Calamo and the "Mysterious Construct." Now, some fans will get to try out the game a bit early.

The game's story follows Zelda after being transported into the distant past during the events of Tears of the Kingdom, with fans getting a full view of the "Imprisoning War" mentioned throughout both games' stories. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment will also introduce Zonai devices to the standard Warriors-formula combat, taking plenty of the devices featured in Tears of the Kingdom. Early demos of Age of Imprisonment are now making their way to several retailers.
