Activision has revealed that PC users will be able to make use of a new sub-frame mouse polling feature in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, which should allow for much more precise input response regardless of a player's frames per second. The new PC-exclusive feature will be available at the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, which has officially been set for Friday, November 14.
With just a little over a week left to go until the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Activision has released a detailed blog post discussing PC-specific features, global release times, pre-load information, and more. Alongside the new sub-frame mouse polling feature, the publisher has also stated that the next entry in the series will "run on most hardware" and will come with over 800 different options, allowing players to customize graphics, gameplay, input devices, and more. Black Ops 7 will also launch with support for AMD FSR 4 and a range of other upscaling and frame generation technologies.
