Cyberpunk 2077 studio CD Projekt Red has jokingly responded to the recent Grand Theft Auto 6 release date delay by poking fun at its own past mistakes. While Cyberpunk 2077 is now considered to be one of the best RPGs of the last decade, CD Projekt Red experienced similar struggles to what Rockstar Games has with Grand Theft Auto 6, which has led the studio to issue a hilarious response after news of yet another delay broke this week.
On November 6, the very same day as Take-Two Interactive's latest earnings call, Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption studio Rockstar Games left the world disappointed once again as it confirmed another delay to Grand Theft Auto 6's release date. When the title was first announced back in 2023, the studio said it was targeting a Fall 2025 release window. This was then pushed back to May 26, 2026, which was expected, given Rockstar's history of delays. While some fans were confident that this would be the only delay, Rockstar has now pushed the next GTA game back to November 19, 2026, in order to finish the game with the level of polish that fans expect from the studio....
