Xbox Game Pass Adds Day-One Co-Op Survival Game

Xbox Game Pass has added Voidtrain to its steadily growing content catalog. The day-one co-op survival game marks the sixth new title to reach the subscription service in November, as well as the 195th Xbox Game Pass release of 2025.

The latest title from Police Stories: The Academy developer HypeTrain Digital, Voidtrain is a first-person survival crafting game with base-building, a sci-fi setting, and co-op multiplayer for up to four players (though it's also playable solo). It's been in PC early access since August 2021.

Voidtrain made its way to Xbox Game Pass on November 7, the day it formally left early access. In the past, Microsoft commonly treated 1.0 releases as day-one titles, meaning they would be restricted to the PC and Ultimate tiers of its subscription service at launch. Voidtrain deviates from this pattern and is already available on Xbox Game Pass Premium alongside XGP Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
