World of Warcraft is bringing back the Turbulent Timeways event on December 2, which will coincide with the launch of Patch 11.2.7, The Warning. The Turbulent Timeways event will offer World of Warcraft players a way to quickly level up alternate characters, and will offer some high item level gear for players looking to gear up ahead of the Midnight expansion's 2026 launch.
First introduced during Dragonflight, Turbulent Timeways contains several consecutive weeks of Timewalking, which allows players to queue up for dungeons and raids from past World of Warcraft expansions. Various cosmetic rewards, including the Timely Buzzbee mount, will be obtainable via Timewarped Badges obtained via Timewalking content. While the Turbulent Timeways event is active, players can level up alternate characters to 80 at a faster pace than normal, thanks to a stacking buff that players can earn upon completing Timewalking dungeons.
