Ever since the game's original announcement and the fact that Resident Evil Requiem is returning to Raccoon City, fans have been curious to discover any sort of possible connections to the franchise as a whole. Capcom has already confirmed that protagonist Grace is the daughter of Alyssa Ashcroft from Resident Evil Outbreak, who's now working for the FBI to investigate strange deaths at the same Wrenwood Hotel where her mother died under suspicious circumstances eight years prior. Naturally, this leads to a series of events players will have to overcome as Grace. Still, the connection to Outbreak and the events of Resident Evil 3 may not be the only connections players will be discovering.
