PokéPark Kanto, the Pokémon Company’s first permanent Pokémon theme park, will open on Thursday, February 5th, 2026. The amusement park will stretch over 26,000 square meters in Kawasaki, Japan. And what will this mini-region include? The park will consist of a Pokémon Forest, Trainers’ Market, Gym, Battle Court, and more. And, of course, many Pokémon.
The Pokémon Company released an official trailer on Monday featuring a virtual mockup of the park. There won’t actually be real catchable critters roaming around, rather the park will have statues of them throughout. Still, the trailer gives a great sense of the scale and design of the park, as it features iconic buildings from the franchise such as a Gym and Pokémon Center. Check it out below.
Tickets for PokéPark Kanto will go on sale on November 21st at 1:00AM PST. Residents of Japan may purchase tickets on PokéPark Kanto’s official website. For guests visiting from outside of Japan, tickets will become available on this website...
