Silent Hill F Completes The Series’ Comeback, Konami Confirms More Games Coming

Silent Hill f has breathed new life into the classic survival horror series, and Konami has now confirmed that more unannounced games are on the way. Two major releases are already slated: a remake of the original Silent Hill by Bloober Team, and Silent Hill: Townfall, developed by Screen Burn Interactive and published by Annapurna Interactive.

In a recent financial report from Konami, however, the property holder indicates that those two games are not the extent of its plans for Silent Hill. On the back of Silent Hill f's "overwhelmingly positive reaction from customers," and "total global sales surpassing one million copies within two days of its release," Konami has "plans to develop this series further going forward," even beyond the SH1 remake and Townfall. While the Silent Hill 2 remake may have kick-started this revival, Konami seems to have a very positive internal perception of Silent Hill f's financial performance.
