Even though Where Winds Meet launched near some of 2025's biggest games, like Battlefield 6 and Arc Raiders, it has managed to not only find an audience, but has managed to achieve a very strong release period for Everstone Studio.
It's been a whirlwind start for the open world RPG as Where Winds Meet hit a major player milestone in 24 hours, surpassing 2 million in a very short amount of time. Although the game managed to climb to 15 million in China alone after a few months, the game appears to be growing in the West thanks to it being free-to-play and featuring a large open Wuxia-themed world to explore.
