In a new interview with Bloomberg, co-founders Ari Gibson and William Pellen offered a look into the game's future, disclosing details on how Silksong's post-launch updates will continue and hinting at larger expansions that could resemble some of the first game's biggest additions.
For players familiar with how Hollow Knight grew after release, Gibson and Pellen's comments suggest that Hollow Knight: Silksong may follow a similar path, though the scope and structure of its post-launch content could differ significantly because of how large the game already is. In fact, the co-founders emphasized during the interview that the team would need to find creative ways to incorporate the content, otherwise "it would just be gargantuan" by the end of it all.
