The cozy genre has no shortage of amazing games on Steam to keep players comfortable and busy for hours on end. Unsurprisingly, it's often indie games that give players the best cozy experiences, and it isn't every day that you get to try one out completely for free.
A demo for the newly released cozy game Lila's Atelier is available for free now, and it's essentially like if Hogwarts Legacy somehow collided with Stardew Valley. It's described as a "casual action game" where players craft and submit items to earn points and progress to higher stages, with a pixel-art design and unique puzzle-style gameplay.
A new demo is now available for free on Steam for developer Hsieh Fuan's debut title, Lila's Atelier. The game is a pixel-art style casual action game following protagonists Lila and Jasmine, "two magicians who have lived in the forest since childhood" and suddenly find themselves on an unexpected adventure.
Players collect materials and craft items, solving puzzles involving traps and new mechanisms scattered throughout the world as you advance to various stages. Submitting items will unlock new stages with unique themes, until eventually you try to get Lila and Jasmine back home...
