If you're looking for a new horror game to play that won't break the bank, I think you could do a lot worse than this recently released free game on Steam that's available to download now.
A Silent Hill-style survival-horror with some classic Resident Evil vibes thrown in for good measure, this is a short, sharp horror from a small first-time developer that will definitely have flown under your radar.
Ravenmoore is all about exploring an "oppressive and terrifying environment", which sounds like my house when the family comes over for Christmas. The game follows a young boy who decides to explore an old and abandoned psychiatric hospital. I mean, I'd tell you for free that sounds like a terrible idea. But then I guess there wouldn't be horror games if characters didn't wander into obviously haunted places.
