Xbox Game Pass is one of the highest-valued subscription services in gaming, with the popular Free Play Days feature that rivals PlayStation Plus's try-before-you-buy Free Trial feature. Free Play days give Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential subscribers access to new games for free for a limited time.
From December 4 to December 7 (via Xbox Wire), Xbox Free Play Days include six new titles available free of charge for Game Pass Subscribers across all tiers. These titles include Bassmaster Fishing, Everspace 2, Astria Ascending, Way of the Hunter, three Destiny 2 expansions, with the 2019 hit RPG Descenders being made available to all Xbox users, even those without a Game Pass subscription.
The newest Free Play Days games include a stacked lineup of great entries that are well worth checking out while they're free. Everspace 2 is an ARPG from Rockfish Games with an 81 on Metacritic that incorporates fast-paced action and combat and quintessential RPG progression systems.
