Publisher and developer 11 Bit Studios has hosted today a Digital Showcase on their official YouTube account. The video revealed more information on various projects, including updates for The Alters, Frostpunk, Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault, the upcoming Frostpunk 1886 and the Death Howl launch on PC (with consoles to follow in 2026).
Updates to Already Released Games
The first bits of news come in the form of updates to already released games. Management game The Alters has just received a free major content update. Some of the additions are highly requested features to enjoy the game at leisure.
Relax Mode lets players deal with less time pressure and focus on the story without having to bother as much with the survival mechanics as in the higher difficulties already available. There's also a Photo Mode now, so that players can create quirky pictures with the characters, filter options and more.
A new module called Gamer's Den is available, adding a place in the base where the characters can relax. There's also a card game to play, a new storyline with noir style to explore, customization options for the base and the protagonist's suit and even adjustments to the save system...
