The worst-kept secret in gaming is definitely happening, as a listing for Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced has been found on PEGI, the European game ratings agency.
As discovered by content creator Corkben, the listing doesn't give much away. We know the game is called Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, and we know it's been rated for 18-year-olds and above. There is no additional information about the game's release date or the basic premise of the game on PEGI's website.
Ubisoft has yet to officially reveal the remake, but there have been near-constant rumours about a Black Flag remake for years. The latest round of speculation emerged from a leak by Edward Kenway actor Matt Ryan, who teased a potential remake at a convention while unknowingly being recorded.
Ubisoft threatened Ryan with legal action after this event, and he expressed annoyance that someone would record him without his consent while he was speaking candidly.
