Danganronpa Decadence will release late this year.
It has been announced that Danganronpa Decadence will be released on December 3rd (via Siliconera). The collection will release for the Nintendo Switch. The collection will be available both digitally and physically. In addition to Danganronpa Decadence, each title found in the collection will be available separately on the Nintendo eShop.
Danganronpa Decadence will be made up of four games. It will include the three main games in the series: Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, and Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. The collection will also include Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp, which was a board game that originally appeared as a mode in Killing Harmony. This will give players the main story of the series. The series' spin-off, Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls, will not be included in Danganronpa Decadence.
There will be two physical editions of Danganronpa Decadence. There will be the standard edition, which will include the collection. There will also be a Collector's Edition. The Collector's Edition will include a number of items along with the game. There will be a 18x24 cloth 10th Anniversary poster featuring new artwork of Shuichi, Nagito, and Kyoko drawn by Danganronpa character designer Rui Komatsuzaki. There will also be a 10-track remixed soundtrack from music producer Masafumi Takada. The Collection also includes a Collector's Outer Box, a premium pop-lid metal box perfect for display. Finally, the Collector's Edition will include three lenticular prints displaying cover art and characters from the Danganronpa series. The standard edition of Danganronpa Decadence will cost $59.99, while the Collector's Editon will set gamers back $99.99.
Danganronpa Decadence is not the only upcoming release for the series. Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony is coming to mobile devices. The mobile port of the game will feature a brand-new user interface with touchscreen controls, allowing dialogue options to be tapped rather than scrolled through. There will also be adaptations to touch features. The mobile version of Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony will cost $16.
