We now know which games PlayStation Plus members will be able to download in the month of August.
On the PlayStation Blog, the three games that will be available to PlayStation Plus members to download were revealed. All three games will be available starting August 3rd, and can be downloaded until September 6th.
The first game that will be available in August is Hunter's Arena: Legends. The game will be available for both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Hunter's Arena is a 30 player PvP and PvE combat-based battle royale set in an ancient age in which humanity battles each other as well as a growing legion of demons that have been unleashed on the world. Players can head into high-risk, high-reward dungeons to take on demonic foes. While it is dangerous, it is necessary. Gamers will earn powerful items and experience points that will give them a much needed edge on the battlefield.
The second game for August is Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville. This installment of the franchise takes players beyond Neighborville into new social and free-roam regions. Gamers can choose between 20 fully-customizable character classes, and perfect their play-style as they earn new rewards for each victory. Players can either team up with friends in either couch co-op or online, as well as take on new challenges, battle hordes in PvE, and brave all-out mayhem in the new Battle Arena.
The final game that will be available for next month is Tennis World Tour 2. Gamers will be able to play as the world's top players, or create their own pro as they try to dominate the world rankings. They can jump into Career Mode, manage their season and staff, their equipment, and their sponsors. Players can also take on their friends locally or online in singles or doubles games.
PlayStation Plus members still have a chance to download this month's games. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, WWE 2K Battlegrounds, A Plague Tale: Innocence, and Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown will be available until August 2nd.
