A few of Battlefield 2042's Specialists have been revealed.

Five out of the ten Specialists from Battlefield 2042 have been revealed (via GameSpot). Each Specialist will be a part of one of four Classes: Assault, Support, Engineer, and Recon. Every Specialist will come with a unique Specialty and Trait. However, the rest of the Specialist's loadout will be customizable.

The first Specialist that was revealed is Webster Mackay, a part of the Canadian military, who will be a part of the Assault class. Webster has a grappling hook that can help him get around to other areas quicker. Mackay's Trait is called Nimble, which will allow him to move more quickly when aiming down sights.

The next Specialist is Mary Falck, who served in the German army, and is a combat medic. She will be a part of the Support class. She carries a S21 Syrette Pistol that fires syringes that will heal allies and harm enemies. She can also nurse downed allies back to full life when reviving them.

The third Specialist is Pyotr "Boris" Guskovsky. Boris is a Russian engineer and a weapons expert. He utilizes a SG-36 Sentry that will automatically spot and shoot at enemies within a certain range. Whenever his sentry gun locks onto an enemy, Boris will become aware of that enemy's position as well.

Up next is Kimble "Irish" Graves. Irish is a former Marine, and a skilled engineer dedicated to protecting his squad. He comes with a Fortification System, which includes the DCS Deployable Cover that can protect from bullets and explosives, as well as the APS-36 Shootdown Sentinel that can take down explosive projectiles. Irish can also provide armor, as well as additional bonuses from downed enemies.

Finally, there is Wikus "Casper" Van Daele. Casper is from South Africa, and is a part of the Recon class. He utilizes a OV-P Recon Drone that can spot moving targets, as well as disorient them with EMP blasts. He also has a movement sensor that will alert him to approaching enemies should they try to sneak up on him while he is piloting his drone.

Battlefield 2042 will release on October 22nd for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
