Like all of you, we desperately want to see Bloodborne on PC at some point in our lifetimes. However, until then, there have been multiple attempts to bring the world of Yharnam beyond the PS4. The most recent attempt involves arguably FromSoftware's biggest hit in Elden Ring. Aptly titled "Graceborne," it's a mod that transforms the world of Elden Ring into that of Bloodborne.
