On Tuesday, Nintendo took to the E3 2018 airwaves with its showcase of announcements. One of the biggest was that Fortnite is coming to Switch, but that it is already available. Speaking to IGN, Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime said that Fortnite has been downloaded over two million times on Switch.
Fils-Aime said, "At this point, we've already had more than two million downloads on Fortnite so that speaks to an engaged audience on Nintendo Switch as well as the core proposition of, I can now take it with me and play anywhere, anytime, with anyone, it's really resonated."
