PlayStation Plus has had an excellent April this year, offering up numerous free games through various tiers on top of game trials and more. What's been a solid year for PS Plus looks like it'll continue once May's Essential games arrive next week. However, that comes with a downside because it also means multiple games will be leaving PS Plus soon.

As a subscription service, PlayStation Plus is always adding and removing games. Still, it's nice to get a heads-up before games leave, especially if they're on the Essential tier, because you can add them to your libraries and keep playing as long as your membership is still active. According to the official PlayStation Blog, three games are leaving PS Plus on May 4 — in about 24 hours from right now.
