Joe & Mac Retro Collection
Critic Reviews for Joe & Mac Retro Collection
The Joe & Mac Retro Collection does exactly what it promises, and it does it well. It is a carefully curated trip down memory lane, where every thoughtful touch in the porting process enhances the experience without betraying it.

This is a great collection, both for those nostalgic for the Super Nintendo era and for anyone looking to discover a trio of fun, straightforward platformers. However, modern game collections—such as those offered by Digital Eclipse and M2—have set a high standard for the inclusion of documentary material, which is sadly absent from the Joe & Mac Retro Collection. We also regret the omission of the Arcade, NES, Game Boy, and other versions of the original game.
