Elden Ring has a wide variety of tools to take down the horrors of The Lands Between, sorceries and incantations being very helpful against almost every enemy in the game. Shadow of the Erdtree unsurprisingly adds even more spells to our arsenals, including the excellent and powerful Rellana's Twin Moons, but for every great spell, there's a pretty rubbish one that isn't worth the FP you spend casting it.
Elden Ring fans have been talking about what they think the worst spell in the DLC is, with Reddit user Choice_Car_7934 making a strong opening case for Rotten Butterflies. Even though you get the incantation by trading in the Remembrance of a certain boss, it is nowhere near as potent as its flashy aesthetic makes it appear, and does middling damage for far too much FP. Another user called PacosBigTacos even admits that it "might as well be an emote for me."
