Everything Announced At Xbox's Stranger Than Heaven Showcase

Stranger Than Heaven is the next game coming from Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios, a developer that's pretty much solely known for the Yakuza series these days. Stranger Than Heaven does have the Yakuza/Like A Dragon subtitle, but from everything we've seen so far, such as the game's setting and it's characters, it does look the part.

However, the game has some distinctions. For starters, it looks to be far more serious than the Yakuza series, and much more violent as well, while we also know the game will be taking place in five different eras. It's a bold experiment, and something that Sega and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios were keen to show off during today's Stranger Than Heaven showcase. Here's everything new we learned:

To start with, we got a nice lengthy trailer, showcasing some of the game's story, which starts in 1915 and follows the story of Makoto Daito.
