Injustice 3 seems imminent. Time and again, we've gotten word that it's en route, and NetherRealm Studios itself may very well have recently spilled the beans via a job posting. DC Comics fans must be celebrating in spades after so long since the comic book fighting game's second entry, but naturally, folks can't help but wonder what this means for when we'll next see a Mortal Kombat from that iconic franchise's modern-day stewards.
Well, I can hardly tell you the answer to that, because we frankly don't know. But if you were looking for further inklings that NetherRealm is, in fact, moving forward with Mortal Kombat, that much I can give you. It's a matter of when, not if, and three years after Mortal Kombat 1, that's got to be at least somewhat reassuring.
Mortal Kombat 2 is about to hit Hollywood, and critics are unsurprisingly fairly split on whether it's a good film. So it goes.
