The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is back, and it's better than ever. Following the legacy of Ocarina of Time's spectacular decomp-based Ship of Harkinian, as well as Majora's Mask's own recent 100 percent decompilation, the GameCube/Wii epic now has its own great-looking revamp.
Dusk, as the fan team responsible for this tremendous achievement is calling the project in order to help avoid Nintendo's ever-vigilant ninjas lawyers, brings Twilight Princess into the modern era with a wide array of features. From texture pack support and increased resolution to a ton of quality-of-life updates, the whole thing's a treat, and it's playable now on PC, Steam Deck, and mobile devices.
Powered by Aurora's compatibility layer, Dusk is available on every aforementioned system. And there's something special about the notion of bringing Twilight Princess to Steam Deck, right? Alternatively, the PC route would provide the most powerful maximum capabilities... and Dusk has a pretty high roof in that regard.
The above trailer showcases speeds up to 120 fps, courtesy of an unlocked frame rate. Resolution can be cranked up to sterling status, and if you've never been a fan of the game's bloom, you can turn it...
